浅谈国际工程项目沟通与协调

Communication and Coordination in International Project Management

近些年来,随着中国经济的大力发展,国家积极倡导企业走出去的战略,在全球化的大背景下,各大国际工程公司也在纷纷抢占国外市场,签订工程项目。但是,在各个国家复杂的政治制度、经济体系以及文化理念的背景下,如何有效且因地制宜地进行海外工程的项目管理就显得尤为重要,其中重中之重是项目管理中的沟通协调,本文主要就项目各参与方的沟通协调管理进行阐述。

In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s economy,the country actively advocates the strategy of enterprises going global.Under the background of globalization,major international engineering companies are also grabbing foreign markets and signing engineering projects one after another.However,in the context of complex political systems,economic systems and cultural concepts of various countries,it is particularly important to effectively manage overseas projects in accordance with local conditions,among which communication and coordination in project management are the top priority,this paper mainly describes the communication and coordination management of the project participants.
