大学生信息素养评估工具研究——基于国外已有工具的内容分析

A Research on Information Literacy Evaluation Tools for College Students’ Information Literacy——Based on Content Analysis of Existing Tools Abroad

信息素养评估是了解大学生信息素养水平、优化相关培育项目的重要手段。本研究旨在提出中国大学生信息素养评估工具构建策略,辅助设定有效教育目标和可操作标准,从而提升我国大学生的信息素养水平。研究者收集国外已有的信息素养评估工具,利用内容分析法进行主题词提取与编码分析,厘清大学生信息素养工具的具体内涵,探索其演变规律,最终归纳出参与主体、评估阶段、具体标准、期望能力4项具体类目。国外信息素养评估工具已形成相对成熟完善的框架,我国可以吸收国外先进经验,多元化、科学化、高效化应该是我国大学生信息素养工具在构建过程中致力实现的重要方向。

Information literacy assessment is an important tool to understand the information literacy level of college students and optimize related cultivation programs.This study aims to propose strategies for constructing assessment tools for Chinese college students’ information literacy to assist in setting effective educational goals and operable standards, so as to improve the information literacy level of college students in China.The researchers collected the existing information literacy assessment tools from abroad, used content analysis method to extract and code the subject terms, clarified the specific connotation of evaluation tools for college students’ information literacy, explored its evolution pattern, and finally summarized four specific categories of participating subjects, assessment stages, specific criteria, and expected abilities.Information literacy evaluation tools in foreign countries have formed a relatively mature and perfect framework, and China can absorb the advanced experience of foreign countries, and diversification, scientization and efficiency should be the important directions that China’s college students’ information literacy tools are committed to achieve in the process of construction.
