高校图书馆知识产权信息素养教育现状及发展对策研究

A Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Information Literacy Education in University Libraries

随着高校图书馆越来越重视开展知识产权信息服务,作为知识产权信息服务基础工作的知识产权信息素养教育成为当前研究热点,研究知识产权信息素养教育开展情况,能够促进高校图书馆更好地开展知识产权信息服务。选取已获批的60家高校国家知识产权信息服务中心作为研究对象,研究知识产权信息素养教育现状及存在的问题,提出了针对知识产权信息素养教育现有问题的解决对策。高校图书馆应将知识产权信息素养教育作为开展知识产权信息服务的首要任务,并做以下几方面改革:构建多途径的知识产权信息素养教育模式,建设多平台的知识产权信息素养教育平台,注重知识产权信息素养教育内容动态建设等。

As university libraries pay more and more attention to the development of intellectual property information services,intellectual property information literacy education as the basic work of intellectual property information services has become a new research focus.It is imperative to study the development of intellectual property information literacy education,which can promote better development of intellectual property information services in university libraries.The 60 approved national intellectual property information service centers of universities are selected as the research objects to study the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property information literacy education,and propose solutions to the existing problems of the education.University libraries should regard intellectual property information literacy education as the primary task of developing intellectual property information services,and make the following reforms:build a multi-channel intellectual property information literacy education model,construct a multi-platform intellectual property information literacy education platform,and focus on dynamic construction of intellectual property information literacy education content,etc.
