摘要
后疫情时代,电子资源校外访问成为高校师生的常态化需求。综合网络问卷调查、网站调研与文献调研的研究结果表明:电子资源校外访问是后疫情时代的共性需求;国内高校校外访问服务能力不均衡,普通本科高校的电子资源校外访问服务方式和覆盖用户群体有限;以CARSI为代表的基于ID的资源服务模式得到大部分高校和用户认可。建议国内高校图书馆共同努力,推动电子资源的服务模式从基于IP向基于ID转变。
In the post-epidemic era, off-campus access of electronic resources has become a normalized demand for teachers and students in colleges and universities.Through online questionnaires, website surveys, and literature surveys, we find that off-campus access to electronic resources is a common demand in the post-epidemic era;while the off-campus access service capabilities of domestic colleges and universities are not balanced, the off-campus access service methods and coverage of user groups for electronic resources in ordinary undergraduate colleges are limited;the ID-based resource service mode represented by CARSI has been recognized by most universities and users.It is suggested that domestic academic libraries should work together to promote the transformation of the service mode of electronic resources from IP-based to ID-based.
