A Research on the Status Quo of the Synergy Platform Business of the Think Tank Service Alliance of Public Libraries in the Yangtze River Delta

文章基于长三角公共图书馆智库服务联盟协同平台业务现状,分别简述平台建设背景、目的及功能,根据业务发展需求设计协同平台架构体系。其中,平台与"江苏图书馆"基础设施共享物理层,同时数据层归集专家库、报告库、行业库和案例库4类数据库,形成业务数据来源,最后以定制服务策略应对业务层个性化需求。协同平台正值初创期,应从经费、制度以及专业合作角度制定保障体系,确保协同平台规范建设,推进联盟业务有序发展。

Based on the current status of the collaborative platform business of the Think Tank Service Alliance of Public Libraries in the Yangtze River Delta, the article briefly describes the background, purposes and functions of the platform construction, and designs the collaborative platform architecture system according to business development needs.Among them, the platform shares the physical layer with the "Jiangsu Library" infrastructure, while the data layer gathers four types of databases: expert database, report database, industry database, and case database to form the underlying data source of the business, and finally provides customized service strategies to meet personalized needs in business layer.The collaboration platform is in its infancy, and it is necessary to formulate a guarantee system from the perspective of funding, system and professional cooperation to ensure the standardized construction of the collaboration platform and promote the orderly development of the alliance business.
