该综述主要探讨远志皂苷目前在神经系统损伤及心肌缺血方面的治疗机制。近年来许多药理研究表明,远志皂苷(Tenuifolia saponins)在心血管系统方面有保护心肌细胞、促进血管再生以及抗心肌缺血的作用;在神经系统方面有抗脑缺血再灌注损伤、抗神经细胞氧化损伤以及益智的作用。这为临床上诊治心血管疾病以及神经性损伤疾病提供比较科学的依据。

This review focuses on the mechanism of Polygala Tenuifolia Saponin in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system injury and myoeardial ISCHEMIA.In recent years.many pharmacological studies have shown that Tenuifolia saponins have protective effects on myocardial cells.promnotiong vascular regeneration and anti-myocardial ischemia in the nervous system,there are anti-cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.anti-oxidative damage of nerve cells and the ffeets of Alpinia Oxyphylla.It provides a scientifie basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and neurological injury diseases.
