外来医疗器械标识应用在消毒供应中心的价值研究

Study on the value of external medical device identification in disinfection supply center

目的观察消毒供应中心(CSSD)应用外来医疗器械标识的价值。方法选择2020年7月-2021年7月CSSD接收且需进行消毒处理的200件外来医疗器械,随机分为:观察组(共100件,采用数字标识牌管理方式)、对照组(共100件,采用常规外来器械管理方式),评价组间器械管理合格率、感染发生率、漏登记率、漏报率、错包率、安全管理意识评分。结果①观察组清洗(100.00%)、包装(99.00%)、灭菌(100.00%)、发放合格率(99.00%)均高于对照组(94.00%、93.00%、96.00%、93.00%),P<0.05;②观察组感染发生率(0.00%)、漏登记率(1.00%)、漏报率(1.00%)、错包率(0.00%)低于对照组(4.00%、11.00%、9.00%、10.00%),P<0.05;③观察组安全识别能力(21.98±2.05)分、感染预防意识(20.68±1.98)分、安全服务意识(20.72±1.66)分、风险防范意识评分(21.73±2.15)分均高于对照组(18.06±2.67)分、(16.77±2.53)分、(18.42±1.52)分、(17.14±1.30)分,P<0.05.结论在CSSD实施外来医疗器械标识管理,能够增强工作人员安全意识,提高工作质量,减少失误,降低感染率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the value of external medical device identification in disinfection supply center(CSSD).Methods 200 foreign medical devices received by CSSD and requiring disinfection from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(100 pieces in total,managed by digital signboard)and control group(100 pieces in total,managed by conventional foreign devices).The qualified rate of device management,incidence of infection,missing registration rate,missing report rate and safety management awareness score,wrong package rate,etc.among the groups were evaluated.Results①The qualified rates of cleaning(100.00%)packaging(9.00%)sterilization(1000%)and distribution(99.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(94.00%),(93.00%),(96.00%)and(93.00%)P<0.05;②The incidence of infection(0.00%),missing registration rate(1.00%),missing report rate(1.00%)and wrong package rate(0.00%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(4.00%,11.00%,9.00%and 10.00%)P<0.05;③The scores of safety identification ability(21.98±2.05),infection prevention awareness(20.68±1.98),safety service awareness(20.72±1.66)and risk prevention awareness(21.73±2.15)in the observation group were higher than those in the control gro up(18.06±2.67),(16.77±2.53),(18.42±1.52)and(17.14±1.30),P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of external medical device identification management in CSSD can enhance staff safety awareness,improve work quality,reduce errors and reduce infection rate,which is worthy of promotion.
