舒适护理在老年慢性心衰患者中的应用价值

Application value of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨在老年慢性心衰患者中应用舒适护理的效果。方法选取天津市中西医结合医院2019年2月-2021年5月收治的106例老年慢性心衰患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(舒适护理)与对照组(常规护理),每组分别53例。记录并对比两组的舒适度评分、干预前后的睡眠质量与心理状态评分,比较两组的生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的生理状况、环境状况、精神状况、心理状况评分分别为(21.08±3.15)分、(23.11±2.57)分、(22.76±3.11)分、(22.27士3.05)分,均高于对照组的(14.88±3.09)分、(17.89±2.62)分、(15.12±3.04)分、(16.64±3.10)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。与干预前相比,两组的睡眠质量与心理状态评分均降低,且观察组的上述评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组的精力、心理职能、健康状况、社会功能评分分别为(21.92±2.25)分、(22.79±3.04)分、(23.02±1.48)分、(21.33±2.42)分,均高于对照组的(15.44±2.16)分、(16.37±2.88)分、(17.11±1.39)分、(15,08±2.35)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应发生率较低(1.89%vs 13.21%,P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性心衰患者中应用舒适护理的效果显著,不仅能提升患者的舒适度与生活质量,还能改善患者的睡眠质量与心理状态,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广使用。

0bjective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 106 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(comfort nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 53 cases in each group.Record and compare the comfort score,sleep quality and psychological state score before and after intervention,and compare the quality of life score and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological status,environmental status,mental status and psychological status in the observation group were(21.08±3.15),(23.11±2.57),(22.76±3.11)and(22.27±3.05)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(14.88±3.09),(17.89±2.62),(15.12±3.04)and(16.64±3.10)(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of seep quality and mental state in the two groups were lower,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of energy,psychological function,health status and social function in the observation group were(21.92±2.25),(22.79±3.04),(23.02±1.48)and(21.33±2.42)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(15.44±2.16),(6.37±2.88),(17.11±1.39)and(15.08±2.35)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(1.89%vs 13.21%P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure is significant.It can not only improve the comfort and quality of life of patients,but also improve the sleep quality and psychological state of patents,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing.
