摘要
目的研究在产房临床护理带教中改良式目标教学模式的应用价值。方法选取于2021年7月-2021年9月期间在天津市北辰医院产房实习的护生15例为观察组研究对象,对其实施改良式目标教学模式教学;取2020年7月-2020年9月期间在我院产房实习的护生15例为对照组研究对象,对其实施传统教学。所有护生在接受为期三个月的学习后接受统一考核,记录两组护生综合考核成绩,并对比两组的护理教学效果以及护生对教学的满意度情况。结果实习结束后,两组护生的护患沟通能力、理论知识考核、实践技能考核以及综合考核成绩对比,观察组更高(P<0.05);组间教师的教学责任心、实践操作教学质量、理论知识教学质量以及综合教学质量评分对比,观察组更高(P<0.05);组间学生对教学总满意率对比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论在产房临床护理带教中改良式目标教学模式的应用价值显著,且教学质量显著提高,学生的学习成绩以及对教学的满意度均较高。
0bjective Application value of improved target teaching model in clinical care teaching in delivery room.Methods 15 nurses practicing in our delivery room during September 2021 in July 2021 were taught in modified target teaching mode and 15 nurses practicing in our delivery room during September 2020 in July 2020.All nursing students receive a unified assessment after receiving three months of study,and the comprehensive assessment results of the two groups of mursing students are recorded.And compare the self-made nursing teaching effect and the satisfaction of mursing students to teaching.Results Afer the internship,the communication ability,theoretical knowledge assessment,practical skills assessment and comprehensive assessment performance comparison in the observation group(P<0.05),the teaching responsibility of teachers,practical operation quality,theoretical knowledge teaching quality and comprehensive teaching quality score were higher(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of teaching in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved target teaching model,improved teaching quality,and high academic performance and teaching satisfaction.
