2010~2017年济南市某体检人群代谢综合征变化趋势分析

Analysis on trend of metabolic syndrome among check-up adults,Jinan city,2010-2017

目的分析2010~2017年济南市某健康体检人群中代谢综合征(Metabolic syndrome,MetS)的检出情况,了解MetS患病情况及时间变化趋势。方法调查对象来源于济南市某省级三甲医院,年龄≥20岁的健康体检人群,共纳入310 571人。MetS标化率采用2010年山东省人口普查数据作为标准群体进行年龄标准化检出率的计算。采用Joinpoint回归模型分析MetS标化检出率及年龄别检出率的时间趋势。结果 2017年MetS标化率为23.70%,其中,男性标化率为28.22%,高于女性(17.81%)。2010~2017年间,MetS检出率呈较高水平,但整体变化趋势无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2010~2017年间MetS年龄别检出率变化趋势显示:男性中,40~44和45~49岁组MetS检出率呈下降趋势,其年度变化百分率分别为-3.82%(P <0.05)和-3.75%(P <0.05),75~98岁组呈上升趋势,年度变化百分率为2.61%(P <0.05);女性中,30~34岁组MetS检出率呈上升趋势,2012~2017年间年度变化百分率为5.58%(P <0.05),2010~2017年平均年度变化百分率为22.45%(P <0.05)。结论 MetS检出率处于较高水平,老年男性与中青年女性成为MetS的高危群体。

Objective To analyze the detection metabolic syndrome(MetS)among a health checkups in Jinan city,and assess the prevalence and trends during 2010-2017. Methods A total of 310 571 people,aged ≥20 years,were recruited from a provincial level 3 Ahospital in Jinan city,Shandong Province.The standardized rate was calculated based on the Shandong provincial standard population of 2010 census data.Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the trend of MetS. Results In 2017,the MetS standardized rate was 23.70%,and the male was 28.22%,that was higher than female(17.81%).From 2010 to 2017,the detection rate of MetS was at a high level,but the overall trend was not statistically significant(P >0.05).For male aged 40-44 group and 45-49 group,the annual percent change(APC)showed a downward trend,the APCs were-3.82%(P <0.05)and-3.75%(P <0.05),respectively.The annual percent change of over 75-98 group old male showed an upward trend,the APC was 2.61%(P <0.05);For female aged 30-34 group,the detection rate of MetS showed an upward trend,the APC from 2012 to 2017 was 5.58%(P <0.05),which the average annual percent change from 2010 to 2017 was 22.45%(P <0.05). Conclusion MetS detection is still at a high level.The elderly male and middle-aged female become high-risk groups of MetS.
