2016~2020年淄博市淄川区人间布鲁氏菌病疫情分析

Analysis on epidemic situation of human brucellosis,Zichuan district,Zibo city,2016-2020

目的了解淄博市淄川区人间布鲁氏菌病流行规律,为防控提供决策依据。方法对淄川区2016~2020年人间布鲁氏菌病疫情报告资料进行分析。结果 2016~2020年淄川区共报告人间布鲁氏菌病人163例,年发病率为3.11/10万~6.96/10万,最低年份2018年20例病人,年发病率为3.11/10万,最高年份2016年45例,年发病率为6.96/10万,5年年平均发病率为5.09/10万。5年间各月份均有病例发生,有明显的季节性,以4~9月为发病高峰,占全部病例的99.10%。发病年龄为3~88岁,以中青年发病为主,其中50~59岁发病率为8.68/10万,60~69岁发病率为10.29/10万。从职业分布来看,农民(农民工)发病最多居首位,占全部病例的85.27%。结论淄博市淄川区人间布鲁氏菌病在夏秋季、中青年农民群体中高发。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Zichuan district,Zibo city,so as to provide decision-making basis for prevention and control. Methods The reported data of human brucellosis during 2016-2020 in Zichuan district were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of 163 human Brucella cases were reported in Zichuan district,with an annual incidence of 3.11/10^(5)-6.96/10^(5).The lowest annual case number was 20 in 2018,resulting in an annual incidence of 3.11/10^(5).The highest annual case number was 45(in 2016),resulting in an annual incidence of 6.96/10^(5).Cases occurred in every month during the 5 years,with obvious seasonality.April-September was the peak time,accounting for 99.10% of all cases.The age of onset ranges from 3 to 88 years old,with the majority being among the young and middle-aged populations.The incidence was 8.68/10^(5) in the 50-59 age group and 10.29/10^(5) in the age group of 60 and above.Based on occupational distribution,farmers(migrant workers)had the highest incidence,accounting for 85.27%of all cases. Conclusion The incidence of human brucellosis in Zichuan district peaks in summer and autumn,and it is high among young and middle-aged farmers.
