摘要
曳引驱动电梯检规4.5(2)项是第2号修改单新提出的重点检验项目,该要求的提出提高了电梯曳引力的可靠性和运行安全。本文针对电梯对重块的检验技术特点,简要列举了与对重块有关的检验项目及要求,阐述项目之间的关联性,重点对对重块检验过程中容易遇到的问题与隐患进行分析,最后提出了具体的应对策略,实现指导检验人员、维保人员现场检验与修理工作规范化的目的。
Item 4.5(2)is a new important inspection item put forward by traction drive lift inspection regulation No.2 modification sheet,which improves the reliability and operation safety of lift traction force.According to the characteristics of lift counterweight inspection technology,this paper briefly lists the inspection items and requirements related to the counterweight block,expounds the correlation between the items,focuses on the analysis of the problems and hidden dangers easily encountered in the process of counterweight blocks inspection,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures,so as to realize the purpose of guiding the inspection and maintenance personnel to carry out on-site inspection and repair work standardization.
