废弃咖啡渣提取液对丝织物防紫外线性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高商业废弃咖啡渣的利用率,以废弃咖啡渣为原材料,分别研究不同溶剂对咖啡渣天然染液提取的效果;通过改变染液的pH酸碱度、染色温度、以及染色时间确定最优的真丝织物染色工艺.采用前媒染方法,研究不同媒染剂对真丝织物染色特征值的影响,探究经过染色前后真丝织物抗紫外线性能的变化.研究结果表明:乙酸、NaOH、Na_(2)CO_(3)的加入会提高染料的提取效率并产生明显的深色效应;染色温度70℃,溶液pH酸碱度5.5,染色时间60 min是获得真丝织物理想的染色效果的最佳工艺;绿矾媒染剂的使用会使染色丝织物的颜色更深,织物防紫外线系数UPF值大幅提高,抗紫外线性能提升,染色丝织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到服用标准. In order to improve the utilization of commercial spent coffee grounds,we used the spent coffee grounds as raw materials to study its dying and anti-ultraviolet properties on silk fabrics.Different experimental variables like dye concentration,dyeing temperature,PH value and mordant were studied.The results showed that the use of ethanol,acetic acid,NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3) aqueous solutions increased the extraction efficiency of the dye solution and produced a significant dark effect.At the same time,the ideal dyeing effect can be obtained by using the following process of dyeing:temperature 70℃,solution PH 5.5,time 60 min.When different mordant were added,the colors of dyed silk fabric were darker,especially when the green vitriol was used.Also,the UPF value of dyed silk fabric was greatly increased,as well as the UV-protection properties.Besides,the color fastness to soaping and rubbing met the standard of wearing.
