Exploration and Practice of Cultivation Mode of Scientific Research Education for Engineering Majors in Newly-built Local Universities

高校科研育人对落实立德树人任务,不断提高人才培养质量具有重大意义.通过探讨科研育人内涵、构成要素,分析科研育人面临的困境,提出"双融合、四位一体"全方位科研育人模式,阐述了全方位科研育人模式内容、实施方法以及实践情况,结果表明,该模式有利于推动新建地方本科高校工科专业内涵式发展.

In order to deepen the reform of the cultivation mode of scientific research education in local colleges for the undergraduates,and continuously improve the quality of talent training.The paper discusses the connotation and constituent elements of scientific research education,and then analyzes the difficulties of scientific research and education.The reform mode of"Double Integration,Four in One"scientific research and education model has been designed and used.The content as well as the implementation method and practice of scientific research education are discussed in detail.The results shows that the cultivation mode is useful to the development of engineering majors in newly-built local universities.
