南通地区健康人群空腹血糖水平参考区间的建立

Establishment of reference interval of fasting blood glucose level among healthy population in Nantong area

目的建立南通地区健康人群空腹血糖(FBG)参考区间。方法从南通大学附属医院体检中心2017年2月至2020年3月的健康体检者中选取8300例健康个体,剔除溶血、乳糜、黄疸标本后,纳入研究对象共7473例。根据研究对象的不同性别和年龄进行分组统计分析,建立相应的参考区间。结果受检者结果呈偏态分布,且男性血清FBG水平[5.20(0.80)mmol/L]明显高于女性血清FBG水平[5.10(0.70)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(Z=8.248,P<0.001)。Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验发现,男性和女性的各年龄组间FBG水平差异均有统计学意义(H=239.835、296.021,P<0.001)。多重比较结果显示,男性<30岁组、30~39岁组FBG水平与其他年龄组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),>39~49岁组FBG水平与>49~59岁组、>59~69岁组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性<30岁组、30~39岁组FBG水平与其他>39岁的各年龄组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),>39~49岁组FBG水平与其他>49岁的各年龄组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),>49~59岁组FBG水平与>59~69岁组、>69~79岁组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用95%CI(P_(2.5)~P_(97.5))确定参考区间。对男、女<30、30~39、>39~49、>49~59、>59岁5个年龄段分别建立FBG参考区间,结果男性分别为4.18~5.82、4.30~6.30、4.40~6.60、4.40~6.70、4.40~6.80 mmol/L,女性分别为4.10~5.50、4.11~5.70、4.30~6.20、4.30~6.70、4.50~6.70 mmol/L。结论初步建立了适合该地区健康人群的血清FBG参考区间,可为疾病的诊断和治疗检测提供准确的依据。

Objective To establish the reference interval of fasting blood glucose(FBG)among apparently healthy population in Nantong area.Methods A total of 8300 healthy individuals were selected from the subjects undergoing physical examination in the Physical Examination Center of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from February 2017 to March 2020.After removing hemolysis,chylous and jaundice samples,7473 cases were included in the study.According to the different genders and ages of the research subjects,the grouping statistical analysis was conducted to establish the corresponding reference intervals.Results The results of the subjects showed the skewed distribution,moreover the serum FBG level in male was 5.20(0.80)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than 5.10(0.70)mmol/L in female,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=8.248,P<0.001).The Kruskal-wallis rank sum test showed that the FBG level had statistical differences among all age groups in male and female(H=239.835 and 296.021,P<0.001).The multiple comparison results showed that the FBG level had statistical difference between the male<30 years old group and 30-39 years old group with the other age groups,and the FBG level had statistical difference between the male>39-49 years old group with>49-59 years old group and>59-69 years old group.The FBG level had statistical difference between the female<30 years old group and 30-39 years old group with the other groups of>39 years old;the FBG level had statistical difference between the female>39-49 years old group and the other groups of>49 years old,the FBG level had statistical difference between the female>49-59 years old group and>59-69 years old group with>69-79 years old group(P<0.05).95%CI(P_(2.5)-P_(97.5))was used to determine the reference interval.The FBG reference intervals for male and female<30,30-39,>39-49,>49-59 and>59 years old were established,and the FBG reference intervals for male were 4.18-5.82,4.30-6.30,4.40-6.60,4.40-6.70 and 4.40-6.80 mmol/L,respectively;which for female were 4.10-5.50,4.11-5.70,4.30-6.20,4.30-6.70 and 4.50-6.70 mmol/L,respectively.Conclusion The serum FBG reference intervals suitable for the apparent healthy population in this area have been preliminarily established,which can provide a reliable evidence for the diagnosis and treatment detection of disease.
