摘要 为了研究超声辅助过氧化氢-乙酸氧化脱除煤中有机硫的机理,选取4种脱灰煤和6种含硫模型化合物作为研究对象,探讨反应温度、反应时间和超声功率对有机硫的脱除影响;采用X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等手段,对脱硫处理前、后的样品进行表征。结果表明:超声辅助过氧化氢-乙酸脱硫时,有机硫化物硫的含量越高,脱硫率越大;煤中以苄硫醇、二苄基二硫和二苄基硫醚形态存在的硫更容易被转化为高价态的SO;而被除去。 To investigate the mechanism of ultrasonic-assisted oxidation removal of organic sulfur from coal by using H;O;-CH;COOH,four kinds of demineralized coal and six kinds of sulfur-containing model compounds were selected as research objects,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and ultrasonic power on the removal of organic sulfur were discussed.The samples before and after desulfurization were characterized by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and so on.The results show that under the desulfurization condition of ultrasonic-assisted H;O;-CH;COOH,the greater the content of organic sulfide is,the greater the desulfurization rate is.The sulfur in coal in the form of benzyl mercaptan,dibenzyl disulfide,and dibenzyl sulfide is easier to be removed by conversion to high valence SO;.
