基于拉曼光谱的可自制危险品原料遥测技术研究

摘要 主要研究了拉曼光谱在可自制危险品原料遥测中的应用,搭建了以532 nm激光器为光源、门控ICCD为探测器的拉曼实验系统,设计了透射式望远系统增强了采集到的拉曼信号,以高锰酸钾、硝酸盐、氯酸盐等可能作为自制危险品的原料作为样品,完成了三种样品的光谱采集,该系统可实现3-10米距离的光谱测量。通过与显微镜式拉曼光谱仪所测得的样品谱线进行对比,验证了系统采集样品谱线的准确性。通过对不同工作距离下探测的样品谱线进行比较,证明了系统遥测能力的实用性。 The application of Raman spectroscopy in telemetry of self-made hazardous materials was studied in this paper.The 532 nm laser was used as the light source,and the gating ICCD and the transmission telescope objective enhanced Raman signal were used as the light receiving system to establish the remote Raman experimental system.Using potassium permanganate,nitrate,chlorate and other substances which may be used for Self-made Hazardous Materials as the research samples,the spectra of the three samples were collected,and the remote detection of Self-made Hazardous Materials at the distance of 3-10 m was theoretically realized.The accuracy of the spectral lines collected by the system was verified by comparing the spectral lines of the samples measured by the microscope Raman spectrometer.The practicability of the telemetry capability of the system was proved by comparing the sample lines detected at different working distances.
