古建筑琉璃瓦正脊工艺要点的实践 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究古建筑琉璃瓦正脊工艺施工要点,首先阐述正脊施工背景,分析琉璃瓦正脊工艺的特点,之后通过具体古建筑施工项目,按照前期调查、技术选择、设计要点、施工应用等流程,提升修复型琉璃瓦正脊工艺的安全性和稳定性,利用现代化施工工艺解决正脊裂缝问题。发现利用屋脊剪力墙外贴瓦脊件形式,可以利用竖向受压状态提升古建筑上的加固承托作用,避免出现线条变形的情况。因此施工人员应该使用T形托盘钢筋预埋方法,确保屋脊混凝土线条顺直平整,提升古建筑的安全性和稳定性。 In order to explore the key points of the construction of the glazed tile ridge process of ancient buildings,first expounds the construction background of the ridge and analyzes the characteristics of the glazed tile ridge process,and then improves the safety and stability of the repaired glazed tile ridge process through specific ancient building construction projects according to the process of preliminary investigation,technology selection,design points and construction application,using modern construction technology to solve the problem of ridge cracks.It is found that the reinforcement and support function of ancient buildings can be improved by using the form of tile ridge attached to the roof shear wall,so as to avoid line deformation.Therefore,the construction personnel should use the T-shaped tray reinforcement embedding method to ensure that the ridge concrete line is straight and flat,and improve the safety and stability of ancient buildings.
