摘要
盾构法在轨道交通项目施工中应用较为广泛,施工空间不足时,盾构机出洞后多采取空推通过车站的方式进行二次始发。钢板滑动法在小距离侧向平移时应用较广泛,但在较长距离的顶推施工时,利用钢轨进行盾构空推过站速度更快。将钢板滑动法和钢轨顶推法综合应用于盾构空推施工中,解决盾构小范围平移及长距离过站施工难题,进一步提高了过站效率。
Shield method is widely used in the construction of rail transit projects.When the construction space is insufficient,the shield machine usually adopts the way of air pushing through the station for secondary departure after leaving the tunnel.Steel plate sliding method is widely used in small-distance lateral translation,but in long-distance jacking construction,the speed of shield passing through the station by using steel rail is faster.The steel plate sliding method and rail pushing method are comprehensively applied to the shield tunnelling construction to solve the problems of shield small-scale translation and long-distance station crossing construction,and further improve the station crossing efficiency.
