摘要
针对阳泉市南川河2号大桥小半径曲线钢箱梁吊装施工的临时支撑方案,建立了支架有限元模型,参照现行的桥梁设计规范,确定相关参数、工况和计算荷载,对不同工况下的临时支架进行了强度及稳定性分析。计算结果表明:大桥钢箱梁支架各构件应力和整体稳定性均满足规范要求,同时对受力和变形较大位置进行了明确,为后续监测点布置及监测控制提供了依据,较好地指导了施工。
Aiming at temporary support scheme for the hoisting construction of Nanchuanhe No.2 Bridge in Yangquan City,the finite element model of the support was established.According to the current bridge design code,the relevant parameters,working conditions and calculated loads were determined,and the strength and stability of the temporary support under different working conditions were analyzed.The calculation results show that the stress and overall stability of each member of the steel box girder support of the bridge meet the requirements of the code;at the same time,the larger position of stress and deformation is defined,which provides a basis for the subsequent monitoring point layout and monitoring control,and better guidance for the construction.
