摘要 锚网喷支护结构是保障地下工程施工和资源开发安全应用最广泛、最经济的支护技术之一。由于金属网和钢塑格栅锚网喷支护结构的施工工艺不同,锚网喷支护中挂网施工工艺研究变得十分重要,通过施工现场资料以及现场试验得出以下结论:(1)总结金属网和钢塑格栅的挂网流程和挂网设备,分析2种挂网工艺的特点;(2)根据钢筋网本身力学性质和现场实际支护效果,得出钢筋网施工工艺的不足;(3)通过结合工程现场试验,得出理论计算平均锚杆使用量为1.6根/m2,验证了此工艺的可行性,产生了较好的经济效益,为类似工程项目提供借鉴经验。 Shotcrete support structure is one of the most widely used and economical support technologies to ensure the safety of underground engineering construction and resource development.Metal mesh and steel-plastic grate anchor net supporting structure construction technology is different,so study on the hanging net construction technology in shotcrete support has become very important,through access to the construction site data and field test the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the hanging process and equipment of metal mesh and steelplastic grate are summarized,and the characteristics of the two hanging processes are analyzed;(2)according to the mechanical properties of the steel mesh itself and the actual supporting effect on site,the shortcomings of the steel mesh construction technology are obtained;(3)combined with the engineering field test,the theoretical calculation of the average amount of anchor is 1.6 per square meter,which verifies the feasibility of the technology and produces good economic benefits,providing reference for similar projects.
