摘要
结合某地铁车站建设工程,介绍了预制装配式地铁车站整体及专项施工工艺流程,对施工技术进行了深入阐述,主要包括预制装配式构件生产、吊装、水平运输、拼装、管节张拉、后浇湿接、肥槽回填等方面,阐明了地铁车站装配式施工技术的关键点及方法,通过此项研究总结推动预制装配式地铁车站施工技术的进一步发展。
Combined with a subway station construction project,the overall and special construction process of the prefabricated subway station is introduced,and the construction technology is described in depth,including the production of prefabricated components,hoisting,horizontal transportation,assembly,pipe joint tensioning,and rear The key points and methods of the prefabricated construction technology of subway stations have been clarified in the aspects of pouring and wet connection and fertilizer trough backfilling.This research summarizes and promotes the further development of prefabricated subway station construction technology.
