摘要
以白山隆府大厦改造项目为例,将BIM技术应用到此项目的管线综合设计中,利用Revit软件完成各专业系统建模,利用Navisworks软件分析各个专业之间的碰撞冲突并生成碰撞冲突报告,通过管线综合调整优化模型,提高设计质量;对支吊架在BIM中的应用进行了探索,运用品茗HiBIM软件进行支吊架布置及荷载计算。得出:在商业改造项目机电设备管线设计及施工中,应注重BIM技术的应用,可解决管线综合布置时的错漏碰缺,降低施工成本,合理地使用管道支吊架,以消除安全隐患,避免安全事故的发生。
Taking the reconstruction project of Longfu mansion in Baishan as an example,BIM Technologyis applied in the comprehensive pipeline design of the project.The system modeling of each specialty iscompleted by the Revit software.The collision conflict between each specialty is analyzed by Navisworkssoftware,and the collision conflict report is generated.The design quality is improved through the compre-hensive pipeline adjustment optimization model.In addition,the application of supports and hangers in BIMis explored,and the support and hanger layout and load calculation are carried out by Pinming HiBIM soft-ware.In the design and construction of mechanical and electrical equipment pipeline of commercial transformation project,taken into account the application of BIM Technology,omissions and defects is solved inthe comprehensive layout of pipeline to reduce the construction cost,the pipe supports and hangers are usedreasonably to eliminate the potential safety hazards and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
