基于DoDAF的通用航空医疗救援标准体系研究

摘要 针对通用航空医疗救援标准覆盖不全,标准类型比重不均衡等问题,确定通用航空医疗救援标准体系构建的需求与重点,基于美国国防部体系结构框架(DoDAF),从体系结构角度对航空医疗救援标准体系结构框架进行直观模型描述,建立了多个作战视图、服务视图、标准视图产品,明确了航空医疗救援的概念、目标、范围、组织关系、任务需求、服务需求等关键要素,并通过服务需求对相关标准进行分类,确定了通用航空医疗救援标准体系结构框架,可为通用航空医疗救援标准体系的构建提供参考。 In view of problems such as incomplete coverage of general aviation medical rescue standard andunbalanced proportion of standard types,the construction requirements of the general aviation medical rescue standard system is determined.Based on the Department of Defense Architecture Framework(DoDAF),from the perspective of architecture,the architecture framework of aviation medical rescuestandard is described by an intuitive model.The multiple operational view,service view and standard viewproducts are bulit the concept,objective,scope.organizational relationship,mission requirement and servicerequirement of aviation medical rescue are defined.And the relevant standards are classified according toservice requiremnents,the general aviation medical rescue standard architecture framework is determinedwhich can provide the theoretical guidance for the construction of general aviation medical rescue standardsystem.
