不同数值建模方法对风电海缆拉伸力学性能分析的敏感性研究 被引量:2

摘要 风电海缆是浮式风电系统中的关键输电装备,其在复杂的海洋环境中易受到较大拉伸载荷的破坏,导致整个风电系统无法正常工作。为了保证风电海缆系统正常运行,需要研究风电海缆的拉伸力学性能。由于风电海缆结构的复杂性,目前多依托于数值模拟方法开展相关研究,但是不同数值模拟方法对拉伸力学行为分析结果有着明显的影响。文中首先给出风电海缆力学模型的拉伸刚度理论计算方法,然后,通过合理的简化构建了基于梁单元和基于实体单元两种不同的数值建模方法对风电海缆的拉伸力学性能进行求解。最后将理论建模方法和两种不同数值建模方法相对比,研究不同数值建模方法对风电海缆拉伸力学性能分析结果的敏感性,进而为实际工程提供一定的参考意义。 Wind power submarine cable is the key power transmission equipment in floating wind power system.It is easy to be damaged by large tensile load in complex marine environment,causing the whole wind power system not operate normally.In order to ensure the normal operation of wind power submarine cable system,it is necessary to study the tensile mechanical properties of wind power submarine cable.Due to the complexity of wind power submarine cable structure,most of the relevant research is presently based on numerical simulation methods.However,different numerical simulation methods have an obvious impact on the analysis results of the tensile mechanical properties.First,the theoretical calculation method of tensile stiffness of mechanical model of wind power submarine cable is given in this paper.Then,through reasonable simplification,two different numerical modeling methods based on beam element and solid element are constructed to solve the tensile mechanical properties of the wind power submarine cable.Finally,the theoretical modeling method is compared with the two different numerical modeling methods to study the sensitivity of different numerical modeling methods on the tensile mechanical properties of wind power submarine cables so to provide some reference for practical engineering.
