有机复合绝缘干式高压电流互感器及其发展

Dry Type High Voltage Current Transformer with Organic Composite Insulation and Its Development

文中介绍了笔者研发的一种具有自主知识产权并在国内外应用超过20年的,以涂覆硅油的聚四氟乙烯薄膜等复合材料为主要绝缘的干式高压电流互感器。该产品较油纸绝缘和SF;气体绝缘高压电流互感器,在安全性、可靠性、重量、制造成本、生产效率和许多技术参数如极低的局部放电量和介质损耗因数等方面具有较大的优势。文中还介绍了这种电流互感器额定电压已从低到高、类型从单一到成系列、以及从国内到国外的发展情况。目前该技术已臻于成熟,已应用于国内和30多个国家,产品运行安全可靠,在高压电器行业中独树一帜。

A kind of dry type high voltage current transformer with such composite materials as PTFE film coated with silicone oil as main insulation,which was developed by the authors,had independent intellectual property right and operated for more than 20 years both at home and abroad,is introduced in this paper.Compared to SF;gas insulated high voltage current transformer,the product has significant advantage in such aspects as safety,reliability,weight,manufacture cost,productivity as well as technical parameters such as extremely low partial discharge and dielectric loss factor etc.Moreover,the development of this kind of current transformer from low to high rated voltage,single to series and home to abroad is also introduced.At present,the technology has reached maturity,has been operated at home and more than 30 countries in the world with reliable operation and is unique in high voltage apparatus industry.
