摘要
利用去离子水和制浆废液作为液体黏结剂与麦草制浆备料过程产生麦渣进行混合制备颗粒燃料,探讨了液体添加量和成形压力对颗粒燃料密度、抗跌碎性、横向抗压强度和径向抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明,制浆废液作为液体黏结剂制备的颗粒燃料成形效果好于去离子水,对于粒径尺寸大于0.22 mm的麦渣,在废液添加量为10∶1(制浆废液与麦渣质量比)和成形压力为10 MPa条件下,麦渣成形燃料成形效果较好,其松弛密度为1.18 g/cm^(3),抗跌碎性为98.24%,横向抗压强度为62.09 MPa,径向抗压强度为1.23 MPa。
The pellet fuel was prepared by mixing wheat residue with deionized water and waste liquid as liquid binder,and the effects of liquid addition and molding pressure on the density,crushing resistance,transverse compressive strength and radial compressive strength of pellet fuel were investigated.The experimental results show that the pellet fuel prepared by waste pulping liquid as liquid binder has better shaping effect than deionized water.For wheat slag with particle size larger than 0.22 mm,the forming effect of wheat slag molding fuel is better when the amount of waste liquid added(waste pulping liquid:mass ratio of wheat slag)is 10:1 and the forming pressure is 10 MPa.Its relaxation density is 1.18 g/cm^(3),crushing resistance is 98.24%,transverse compressive strength is 62.09 MPa,and radial compressive strength is 1.23 MPa.
