摘要 针对造纸机分部传动电气自动控制的要求,本文主要介绍了新一代可编程计算机控制器(PCC)在造纸机分部传动电气自动控制系统中如何实现数字式速度链的工作原理和软件设计。PCC-2005运用串行通讯口RS485方式同纸机各分部传动全数字交流变频调速装置之间构成局域网络,实现了PCC对纸机各分部传动变频器的全数字速度给定信号、各种逻辑控制指令的发送和对变频器的速度、电流反馈信号以及故障状态信号的接受。速度链通过PCC的高速运算,以通讯方式把全数字速度给定信号提供给变频器,稳速精度高、抗干扰能力强,具有较好的实时性,使各分部之间自动同步跟踪、线性度好。 In response to the requirements of the automatic control of the sub-drive of the paper machine,this article mainly introduces how the new generation of programmable computer controller(PCC)realizes the working principle and software design of the digital speed chain in the electrical automatic control system of the paper machine branch.PCC-2005 uses the serial communication port RS485 mode to form a local area network with the all-digital AC variable frequency speed control device of each branch of the paper machine,and thus the PCC can send the all-digital speed given signal and various logic control commands of the drive inverters of each branch of the paper machine,and receive the drive speed,current feedback signal and a fault status signal.The speed chain provides the full digital speed reference signal to the inverter through the high-speed calculation of PCC.It has high speed stability,strong anti-interference ability,and good real-time performance.Each branch can track automatically and synchronously with good linearity.
