我国造纸上市公司:员工分析(Ⅱ)

摘要 本文延续上文使用计算机机器学习联合网路爬虫算法,全方位地收集多家造纸上市公司在员工构成方面的讯息。在员工学历和岗位分配方面,笔者通过八个维度:硕士及以上、本科、大专、生产人员、销售人员、技术人员、财务人员、行政人员对企业进行分析。从对高学历人才的聘用(硕士学历及以上)上看,山鹰国际和晨鸣纸业领先于其他头部企业。太阳纸业因具有较小的行政机构,从而更好地让企业执行其高效和成本管控的经营理念。与此同时,在高学历人才的聘用特别是对具有硕士及以上学位的人才聘用方面,笔者认为,目前问题还是出在供给侧即当下高校和研究所培养出的具有硕士及以上学位的人才暂时无法胜任企业对人才提出的要求。 This paper continues to use coupling machine learning and web crawler algorithms to collect all-round talent information from a number of listed paper-manufacturing companies.For the staff education and post allocation,the authors analyze the enterprises based on eight dimensions:master’s degree and above,bachelor degree,college degree,manufacturing position,sales position,R&D position,finance position and administration position.In respect of the recruitment of highly educated talents(master’s degree and above),Shanying International and Chenming Paper are also ahead of other paper industry leaders.Sun Paper’s smaller administrative structure facilitates the implementation of its business philosophy of high efficiency and cost control.In addition,in terms of the employment of highly educated talents,especially those with a doctoral degree,authors thought that the current problem is that the doctoral talents trained by the current university and institutes on the supply side are not competent to the requirements of enterprises for talents.
