摘要 研究了天然环烯醚萜类染料京尼平苷酸在羊毛织物上的染色性能。利用UV-vis分析了整个反应过程,探讨了染色机理,确定了染色的最佳工艺条件,并测试了染色后羊毛织物的色牢度和抗菌性能。其染色机理为京尼平苷酸经酶水解得到的京尼平苷酸苷元与蛋白质纤维中的氨基发生呈色反应,京尼平苷酸苷元对羊毛织物直接染色的效果很好,在pH为7.5~8.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,京尼平苷酸苷元质量为羊毛织物质量的6%,染色温度80℃,染色时间120 min的条件下,染色羊毛织物呈现稳定的紫红色,色牢度可达4~5级以上,染色后羊毛织物对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率分别为82.75%和85.29%,生成颜色产物的特征吸收波长为552 nm。 The dyeing properties of geniposidic acid(a natural iridoid dye)on wool fabrics are studied.The whole reaction process is analyzed by UV-vis,the dyeing mechanism is discussed,the optimal dyeing conditions are determined,and the color fastness and antibacterial properties of dyed wool fabrics are tested.The dyeing mechanism is that the geniposide aglycone obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of geniposidic acid takes color re⁃action with the amino group in the protein fiber.Geniposide has a good effect on the direct dyeing of wool fab⁃ric.In the phosphate buffer solution with pH of 7.5-8.0,the mass of genipin aglycone is 6%of wool fabric,the dyeing temperature is 80℃,and the dyeing time is 120 min,the dyed wool fabric shows a stable purple-red color.The color fastness can reach above Grade 4-5.The antibacterial rates of dyed wool fabrics against Staph⁃ylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 82.75%and 85.29%,respectively,and the characteristic absorption wavelength of color products is 552 nm.
