摘要
采用尿素对蚕丝进行脱胶,在钙醇体系下对丝素进行溶解得到丝素蛋白,对蚕丝的脱胶率、丝素蛋白化学结构、丝素蛋白含量和相对分子质量进行测试。结果表明:当尿素为9 mol/L,处理温度90~100℃,处理时间2 h时,蚕丝脱胶所用时间最短。在CaCl_(2)-EtOH-H_(2)O(物质的量之比1∶2∶8)体系下,溶解温度90℃,溶解时间0.5 h,丝素溶解得更彻底,丝素蛋白含量更高,相对分子质量更小,更易溶于水。
The silk fibroin is obtained by degumming silk fibroin with urea and dissolving the silk fibroin under the calcium alcohol system.The degumming rate,silk fibroin chemical structure,silk fibroin content,and silk fi⁃broin molecular mass are characterized.The results show that the time for silk degumming is the shortest when the temperature is 90~100℃,the treatment time is 2 h,and the urea concentration is 9 mol/L.Under the system of CaCl_(2)-EtOH-H_(2)O(molar ratio 1∶2∶8),the dissolution temperature is 90℃,and the dissolution time is 0.5 h,the silk fibroin is dissolved more thoroughly,and the obtained silk fibroin content is higher and the rela⁃tive molecular mass is smaller.The silk fibroin is more soluble in water.
