1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐/二甲基亚砜溶剂体系对棉的溶解及再生性能

摘要 采用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]CI)/二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶剂体系溶解脱脂棉。将溶解的纤维素溶液制成纤维素膜,测试了纤维素膜的厚度、断裂强力、透光率、接触角及水中溶胀性等性能,利用SEM、XRD及FTIR对纤维素膜的结构进行表征。结果表明:当[BMIM]CI与DMSO质量比为15∶85,脱脂棉1 g,在110℃溶解120 min时,纤维素的溶解度为93.1%、再生率88.2%、透光率90.08%、接触角55.3°、水中溶胀性60.00%。纤维素膜无结晶、表面不平整,但化学结构仍是纤维素的葡萄糖结构。纤维素膜越薄,透光率越好;制成的透明薄膜润湿性、溶胀性能良好。 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride([BMIM]CI)/dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)solvent system is used to dissolve absorbent cotton.The dissolved cellulose solution is made into cellulose membrane.The properties of cellulose membrane such as thickness,breaking strength,light transmittance,contact angle and swelling in water are tested.The structure of cellulose membrane is characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.The results show that when the mass ratio of[BMIM]CI to DMSO is 15∶85 and 1 g of absorbent cotton is dissolved at 110℃for 120 min,the solubility of cellulose is 93.1%,the regeneration rate is 88.2%,the light transmittance is 90.08%,the contact angle is 55.3°,and the swelling in water is 60.00%.The cellulose membrane has no crystalli⁃zation and uneven surface,but it is still the glucose structure of cellulose.The thinner the cellulose film,the better the light transmittance.The transparent membrane has good wettability and swelling performance.
