长三角技术创新时空演变特征及其影响因素研究

Spatial-temporal Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Technological Innovation in Yangtze River Delta

技术创新成为长三角经济发展的重要动力。本文利用Arcgis软件研究2009—2019年长三角技术创新时空演变特征,结果显示:长三角专利受理量每年都在增加,其中江苏的数量居前,依次是浙江、安徽和上海,沿海分布数量多于腹地;长三角专利授权量逐年递增,其中江苏的数量第一,浙江第二,上海第三,安徽第四,沿海分布数量多于腹地;长三角每年的技术市场成交额不断增加,但分布状态不稳定。采用逐步回归方法分析其影响因素,得出长三角技术创新在数量上受到地方财政科学技术支出、普通高等学校数量、R&D经费投入、地区生产总值的影响;而在质量上,则受到财政科学技术支出、普通高等学校教职工总数的影响。地区的技术创新在数量上和质量上也受到这些因素影响。对此,本文提出加强技术创新,不仅要追求数量的增加,更要追求质量的提高;合理布局长三角技术创新发展版图;充分利用相关影响要素,推动长三角技术创新发展等建议。

Technological innovation is the power of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper employs Arcgis software to study the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta from 2009 to 2019 and the result shows that the perspective of patent acceptance is increasing every year in the Yangtze River Delta.Jiangsu is in the forefront,followed by Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai,and quantities of coastal distribution are more than hinterland.The number of patents granted continues to increase year by year in the Yangtze River Delta,and Jiangsu still ranks the first,Zhejiang the second,Shanghai the third and Anhui the fourth.Quantities of coastal distribution are more than hinterland,the turnover of the Yangtze River Delta technology market keeps increasing every year,but the distribution is unstable.The researcher uses the method of stepwise regression to make an analysis of the influence factors and has found that the quantity of technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta is affected by the local financial expenditure on science and technology,the number of ordinary universities,the R&D investment and the gross regional product.In terms of quality,it is affected by financial expenditure on science and technology and the total number of faculty and staff in ordinary colleges and universities.The quantity and quality of regional technological innovation will also be affected by these factors.In view of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions that in order to strengthen technological innovation,we should not only pursue the increase of quantity,but also the improvement of quality,make the rational layout of the Yangtze River Delta technology innovation development map and make full use of relevant influencing factors so as to promote technological innovation and development in the Yangtze River Delta.
