摘要
智能物资运送小车采用PID和摄像头结合的行驶控制方案,选用GY-31颜色识别模块判断货物卸载区域和停车区域,利用HC-05蓝牙模块实现无线通讯,将智能物资运送小车行驶信息传输到手持设备,实现对智能物资运送小车运行状态的监测。测试结果表明:系统控制精度高、颜色识别准确、硬件结构稳定,完全满足实现设计要求。
The intelligent material transportation trolley adopts a driving control scheme that combines PID and camera.The GY-31 color recognition module is selected to determine the cargo unloading area and parking area.The HC-05 Bluetooth module is used to realize wireless communication and transmit the driving information of the intelligent material transportation trolley to The handheld device realizes the monitoring of the operation status of the intelligent material transport trolley.The test results show that the system has high control accuracy,accurate color recognition,and stable hardware structure,which fully meets the design requirements.
