筋瘤源流考

On the origin of tendon tumor

本文通过查阅、整理历代书籍文献中有关"筋瘤"疾病的论述,从病名、病因病机、治疗3个方面整理归纳,逐本溯源,以希有益于现代临床实践。筋瘤是指发生于筋脉的肿块性疾病,主要病因为寒邪外袭、风热外侵、情志愤郁,病机为血气凝滞。筋瘤的治疗方法可分为内治法和外治法,内治法多以开郁行气、化瘀散结为主。

Tendon tumor refers to a mass disease that occurs in tendons and veins,whose main etiology is the external assault by cold,wind-heat pathogens,mental anger and depression,and whose pathogenesis is the coagulation and stagnation of blood and qi.The treatment methods for tendon tumor can be divided into internal ones and external ones,while the internal ones are mainly involved with relieving qi stagnation to promote qi flowing,removing blood stasis to resolve hard masses.By consulting and sorting out the discussions on the “tendon tumor” disease in the books and documents of the past dynasties,this paper summarizes its names,different understandings of its etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment methods in order to trace the disease origin,which is believed to be beneficial to its modern clinical practice..
