总结朴春丽教授治疗消渴病的学术观点和临床经验。朴春丽教授从肝论治消渴病,以中医络病理论为指导,基于中医"毒邪理论"提出"毒损肝络"致消渴病的学术思想,认为2型糖尿病发病的病理基础是肝失疏泄,毒损肝络。糖尿病初期以实证为主,多处于"郁""热"阶段,多以木郁土壅,肝胃郁热为主要表现,治疗上多采用解毒通络调肝法为主,创制解毒通络调肝方,此方由黄连、柴胡、大黄、丹参、白芍(赤芍)、黄芪等组成,临床效果显著。

This paper means to summarize Professor Piao Chunli’s academic views and clinical experience in the treatment of diabetes.She advocates that diabetes should be treated from the liver under the guidance of the theory of collateral diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Basing on the theory of toxin pathogens in TCM,she puts forward the academic thought that the impairment in liver collaterals by toxins leads to the occurrence of diabetes,arguing the pathological basis of type 2 diabetes is the failure of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion,and toxins damaging liver collaterals.She maintains that the early stage of diabetes is mainly manifested with the excess syndromes of stagnation and heat,with stagnation of the liver and obstruction of the spleen,heat stagnation in the liver and stomach as its major symptoms.She mainly treats them by removing toxicity,dredging collaterals and regulating the liver with her self-made Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan prescription,which is composed of golden thread,Chinese thorowax root,rhubarb root and rhizome,danshen root,debark peony root (peony root),milkvetch root,etc.,with a remarkable clinical effect.
