男性不明原因性不育症是目前临床常见的疑难病症之一。属中医不育病范畴,李其信教授认为本病病因病机复杂,多涉及肝脾肾三脏,并且以肾脏为核心。其治疗应衷中参西,谨守病机,辨证论治,在关注补肾的同时,适当配以活血祛瘀、清利湿热、疏肝健脾之法来治疗。常用清热利湿生精汤(经验方)、补肾生精汤(经验方)、补中益气丸合五子衍宗丸化裁、活血生精汤(经验方)、逍遥散合四物汤化裁辨证治疗本病,效果良好。

Unidentified male infertility is one of the common and difficult clinical diseases,which is believed to belong to the category of infertility in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Li Qixin believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are complex,which mostly involve viscera of the liver,spleen and kidney,and among which the kidney is the core.He argues that its treatment should uphold the priciple of taking a priority in traditional Chinese medicine and referring to western medicine as well,observe its pathogenesis,and administer treatments on the basis of syndrome differentiation.While paying attention to tonifying the kidney,its treatment should be properly matched with the methods of promoting the blood circulation for removing the blood stasis,clearing dampness and heat,invigorating the spleen and dispersing the stagnated liver qi.Qingre Lishi Shengjing Decoction (an experiential effective recipe),Bushen Shengjing Decoction (an experiential effective recipe),modified Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with Wuzi Yanzong Pills,Huoxue Shengjing Decoction (an experiential effective recipe),modified Xiaoyao San combined with Siwu Decoction are commonly used based on syndrome differentiation to attain a good effect.
