摘要
文章分析了四川当前粮食安全面临的形势和挑战,详细介绍了四川省农业科学院支撑四川粮食安全取得的成效,系统分析了四川粮食安全存在的主要问题,并针对新形势下加快推动四川粮食生产高质量发展,从加大财政投入力度、建设成渝现代种业产业创新中心、实施粮食科技高效转化工程和完善粮食扶持政策等方面提出了科技支撑四川粮食安全的对策建议。
Current situation and challenges facing food safety of Sichuan Province were analyzed in the paper. Achievements of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in support food safety were informed in detail. Main problems facing food safety of Sichuan Province were systematically analyzed. Under the new circumstance, countermeasures of support food safety by science and technology were put forward,such as increasing financial input, constructing Chengyu modern seed industry innovation center, implementing high efficient transformation projects of food technology, and perfecting food support policy, which will promote high quality development of food production in Sichuan Province.
