Socialist Distribution Theory and the Path Exploration of Realizing Common Prosperity

以马克思主义经典作家的分配理论和社会公平正义观为理论基础,我国探索并形成了一条以生产力发展状况为实践基础,以共同富裕为目标的中国特色社会主义分配理论,并在新的发展方位做出了扎实推进共同富裕的战略部署。本文结合中国共产党成立百年来的伟大实践,对我国的收入分配理论创新和发展进行了分析,利用基尼系数、库兹涅茨比率和城乡收入差距对我国居民收入分配格局的变动趋势开展了研究。从初次分配劳动报酬份额较低和再次分配对收入分配调节作用不大两个因素对当前我国收入差距的原因进行了揭示,并从夯实生产力发展基础、正确处理公平与效率关系、切实提高初次分配中劳动报酬的份额、充分发挥再分配对收入分配差距的调节作用四个方面,探索了实现共同富裕的路径。

On the basis of Marxist classical writers thoughts on distribution and social fairness and justice,China has formed a socialist distribution theory with Chinese characteristics in practice,which is based on the development of productive forces and aims at common prosperity,and has made a strategic deployment of solid promotion of common prosperity in the new development direction.Combined with the great practice of the Communist Party of China in the past hundred years,this paper analyzes the innovation and development of China's income distribution theory,and studies the changing trend of China's resident income distribution pattern by using gini coefficient,Kuznets ratio and urban-rural income gap.This paper reveals the reasons for the current income gap in China from the two factors of the low share of labor remuneration in the initial distribution and the small role of redistribution in regulating income distribution,and explores the path to achieve common prosperity by consolidating the foundation of productivity development,correctly handling the relationship between fairness and efficiency,effectively improving the share of labor remuneration in the initial distribution and giving full play to the role of redistribution in regulating income distribution gap.
