摘要
起源于西方的全球胜任力概念,近些年来在国内日益得到重视。在全球化时代,全球胜任力旨在培养具有全球视野、健全人格、较强行动力和社会责任感的新一代全球化复合型人才。通过梳理和分析全球胜任力概念的起源与特征以及教育培训的发展现状,辨明国内外全球胜任力培养的差异,从而提出新时代中国全球胜任力培养体系建设的提升与测量路径,对于当前中国构建人类命运共同体,深化全球胜任力领域的研究,助力中国特色全球胜任力教育力提升具有较为重要的意义和参考价值。
Though the concept of global competence originates in the US,it has been paid more and more attention in China in recent years.In the current era of new globalization education on global competence aims to foster the younger generation's global vision,sound personality,strong action ability and sense of social responsibility.By combing and analyzing the origin and characteristics of the concept of global competency and the development status of education and training,we can identify the differences in global competency training at home and abroad,thus putting forward the promotion and measurement path for the construction of China's global competency training system in the new era,and deepening the research in the field of global competency for China's construction of a community of human destiny,which is of great significance and reference value to help improve the global competency education with Chinese characteristics.
