核心素养视域下高职院校劳动教育实施路径探析

Analysis on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Core Literacy

摘要 目前,部分高职院校开展劳动教育存在着认识片面化、实施简单化的现象,导致现阶段劳动教育体系不健全、课程建设滞后、师资队伍匮乏、实践场地不足等不容忽视的突出问题。劳动教育与核心素养之间存在诸多内在契合之处,以核心素养为视域开展劳动教育,有利于将劳动教育有机融入到人才培养各环节,提升劳动教育质量。为此,以核心素养视域出发,构建了“四维一体、六元融合、多方保障”的高职院校劳动教育体系,旨在推动高职院校劳动教育机制构建,切实提高劳动教育实效性。 At present,there are some outsatanding problems that cannot be ignore in the labor education of some higher vocational colleges,such as one-sided understanding and simple implementation,leading to the imperfect current labor education system,the lag of curriculum construction,the shortage of teaching staff and the shortage of practice space.There are many internal similarities between labor education and core literacy.Carrying out labor education from the perspective of core accomplishment is conducive to organically integrating labor education into all aspects of talent training and improving the quality of labor education.Therefore,starting from the perspective of core literacy,the labor education system of higher vocational colleges is constructed with“four-dimensional body,six-element integration and multi-guarantee”,aiming at promoting the construction of labor education mechanism in higher vocational colleges and improving the effectiveness of labor education.
