摘要
以海泡石、硅藻土、膨胀珍珠岩以及活沸石作为主要材料,研究具有吸湿性能的复合调湿砂浆,并测试复合调湿砂浆在不同环境中吸湿情况。试验表明,高温高湿环境中,复合调湿砂浆单位面积吸湿效果显著,原材料膨胀珍珠岩和活沸石吸湿能力一般,与其他材料进行复合使用,对调湿材料起到改性作用,可提高复合砂浆的吸湿能力。
The composite hygroscopic material with moisture absorption properties was studied by using sepiolite,diatomaceous earth, expanded perlite and live zeolite as the main materials. The material was tested the moisture absorption of the composite hygroscopic material in different conditions. The results show that in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the composite hygroscopic material has a significant moisture absorption per unit area, and the raw materials, expanded perlite and live zeolite have general moisture-absorbing capacity. Mixing with other materials has the modification function to humidity-controllling material, and can improve the moisture absorption capacity of composite hygroscopic material.
