摘要
为了获得一种羽状静止封严件的周向绕流泄漏特性,在缘板错移量为0、0.1 mm、0.2 mm及0.3 mm,压比范围1.1~3.5的工况下,研究不同缘板错移量对缘板插片结构封严特性的影响,并通过试验得出不同错移量时压比与泄漏量以及不同压比时错移量与泄漏量的关系曲线。结果表明,随着错移量增大,不同压比下的流量以及换算流量均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,较小的错移量使得羽状封严片与一侧封严槽之间空隙增大,使得气体更容易泄漏;随着压比增大,不同错移量下的流量均增大,且增长趋势几乎相同,而不同错移量下的换算流量均呈现先增大,到临界压比2.0~2.5左右后,呈现出不变的趋势;错移量较大时,错位的封严槽将封严片卡住,使得两者更贴紧,泄漏量反而变小。
In order to obtain the circumferential leakage characteristics of a feather static seal, the effects of different listrium offset on the sealing characteristics of listrium sheets structure under the conditions of listrium offset of 0, 0.1 mm,0.2 mm and 0.3 mm and pressure ratio range of 1.1~3.5 were experimentally studied. By the experiments, the relationship curves between pressure ratio and leakage under different offset and between offset and leakage under different pressure ratio are obtained. The results show that with the increase in offset, the flow rate and equivalent flow rate under different pressure ratios increase first and then decrease. The smaller offset increases the gap between the feather seal sheet and one side seal slot,which makes the gas easier to leak. With the increase in pressure ratio, the flow rate under different offset increase. The growth trend is almost the same, while the equivalent flow rate under different offset increase at first, and then shows a constant trend when the critical pressure ratio is about 2.0~2.5;when the offset increase, the offset sealing slot will block the sealing sheet, making them closer, and the leakage was reduced.
