摘要
通过在线测温设备及DCS控制系统新设备新技术的应用,实现对焦炉温度的连续化检测与精控调节,有效提升了焦炉的自动化检测与控制水平,同时改善了焦炉温度的稳定性、降低了人工测温劳动强度、节省了焦炉加热用煤气量。
Continuous temperature detection and fine regulation for the coke oven is realized through applying new equipment and technology,such as online temperature measuring equipment and DCS control system.The level of automatic detection and control of coke oven is raised ffectively.The labor intensity of manual temperature measuring is reduced,and the heating gas volume is saved.
