大数据环境中的数字资源权益管理:关键问题与应对策略——2021年大数据环境中数字资源权益管理研讨会综述

A Summary of the 2021 Seminar on Digital Resource Rights and Interests Management in Big Data Environment:Key Issues and Countermeasures

2021年7月28日,由中国科学院文献情报中心、武汉大学信息管理学院和武汉大学国家保密学院联合主办的"大数据环境中数字资源权益管理研讨会"通过网络会议方式成功召开。会议邀请图书情报、法律等领域的专家学者,围绕"大数据时代图书馆数字资源权益管理:方法与路径"这一主题进行了充分的研讨。本文以会议研讨内容为综述对象,结合国内外研究前沿,分析提出大数据环境中数字资源权益管理面临的四个关键问题和相应的解决路径。

On July 28,2021,the Seminar on Digital Resource Interests and Rights Management in Big Data Environment,jointly sponsored by the National Science Library,Chinese Academy of Sciences,the School of Information Management of Wuhan University and the National School of Confidentiality of Wuhan University,was successfully held online.The meeting invited experts and scholars in the fields of LIS and law to conduct a full discussion on the theme of“library digital resource interests and rights management in the era of big data:key issues and countermeasures”.Taking the conference report and discussions as the object,and taking into account the research frontier at home and abroad,the authors point out four key problems as well as solutions on the rights and interests of digital resources in the big data environment.
