摘要
新一轮科技革命的兴起和新冠疫情的冲击使得世界经济格局发生了深刻的变化,全球价值链出现"缩链"、"重链"态势和"断链"的风险,加速了全球价值链的重构,给我国全球价值链分工地位的提升带来了挑战,也带来了"换道超车"的新契机。面临全球价值链重构的新形势,我们要抓住机遇,稳中求进,在构建新发展格局中重塑全球价值链分工新优势,促进我国经济高质量发展。
The rise of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the impact of COVID-19 have caused profound changes in the world economic paradigm. The global value chain is facing the risk of “chain shrinking ”, “chain overlapping” and “chain breaking”, which accelerates the reconstruction of the global value chain, brings challenges to the improvement of the global value chain’s division position, and also brings a new opportunity for “changing lanes and overtaking”. Facing the new situation of global value chain reconstruction, we should seize the opportunity, make progress in stability, reshape the new advantages of global value chain division in building a new development paradigm, and promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
