突击创新的形成及对创新成果作用机制研究

摘要 在界定突击创新概念的基础上,从理论上分析突击创新的形成机制以及对创新成果的作用机制,并基于中国高技术产业统计年鉴,综合采用面板数据模型、面板门槛模型、贝叶斯向量自回归模型进行实证,并基于BP人工神经网络模型进行稳健性检验。研究结果表明,突击创新的出现是一种必然,对科技成果具有明显的作用机制;突击创新对创新成果绩效显著;创新成果较好的企业突击创新绩效最佳;随着突击创新水平的提高其绩效有所降低;应注意持续创新与突击创新的协调。本文开创了突击创新的研究领域,丰富了持续创新理论。 On the basis of defining the concept of sudden innovation,this paper theoretically analyzes the formation mechanism of sudden innovation and its effect on innovation achievements.Based on the statistical yearbook of China's high-tech industry,panel data model,panel threshold model,Bayesian vector auto regression model are used for empirical study,and BP artificial neural network model is used for robustness test.The results show that the emergence of sudden innovation is inevitable and has obvious functionary mechanism for scientific and technological achievements.Sudden innovation has significant effect on innovation achievements.Enterprises with better innovation achievements have the best performance in sudden innovation.With the improvement of the level of sudden innovation,its performance is reducing.Attention should be paid to the coordination between sustainable innovation and sudden innovation.This paper creates the research field of sudden innovation and enriches the theory of sustainable innovation.
