摘要
从高技术产业安全防御与界壳理论相结合的角度出发,构建高技术产业卫护界壳体系,讨论高技术产业界壳支撑度,推演界壳卫护力下限的熵判据,利用界系比判据量化测度界壳的卫护能力,从而分析支撑度、界系比与高技术产业界壳卫护力之间的相互作用关系。研究发现,高技术产业界壳卫护力的稳定程度取决于界壳支撑度的下限,支撑度过低会导致界壳体系趋向紊乱状态;界系比值的高低与界壳卫护力的强弱成正向影效应,优化后的界系比值进一步考虑指标要素的权重,评价结果更具参考价值。
Combined the security defense problem with the Jieke system theory,build a high-tech industry protection Jieke system,discuss the Jieke support of high-tech industry,deduce the entropy criterion of the lower limit of Jieke protection power,and quantify the boundary ratio criterion,analyze the interaction relationship between support,boundary ratio and Jieke protection power of high-tech industry.It is found that the stability of the high-tech industry depends on the lower limit of the Jieke support.The low support will cause the barrier system to disorder;the boundary ratio and the strength of the Jieke protection form a positive louder effect,and the optimized boundary ratio further considers the weight of the index elements,and the evaluation results are more valuable.This conclusion has some implications for promoting the innovation and development of high-tech industries.
