The Main Ideas on the Judicial Reform in Xi Jinping’s Thoughts of the Rule of Law

Following the Party’s 18th National Congress,Xi Jinping expounded a series of major theoretical and practical propositions,including how to uphold and develop socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,how to pursue the modernization of the justice system and judicial capacity in the process of the modernization of national governance,by adhering to the principles of Marxism,and combining with China’s reality.The statements have constituted an abundant and precise theoretical system on judicial reform.The judicial reform theory in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,which take the innovation as the guidance,the scientificity as the sense,the practicalness as the orientation,has distinctive contemporary characters and profound theoretical connotations.This theory,as an innovation to the theory of the judicial system with Chinese characteristics and the practice of the judicial reform,will guide the path of deepen the judicial reform and advancing the rule of law in China.
