摘要
研究3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT特高强度钢丝帘线的性能及其替代3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT高强度钢丝帘线在12R22.5挂车专用无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线相比,3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT钢丝帘线的直径和线密度较小,最小破断力略高,可以减小压延厚度和密度,降低压延工艺损耗,在保证轮胎综合使用性能的同时,促进轮胎轻量化,降低生产成本。
The performance of 3×0.22/9×0.22CCUT ultra high tenacity steel cord and its application in the carcass of 12R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire special for trailer by replacing 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT high tenacity steel cord were studied.The results showed that,compared with 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT steel cord,3×0.22/9×0.22CCUT steel cord had smaller diameter and linear density,slightly higher minimum breaking force,which could reduce the calendering thickness and density,decrease the calendering process loss,make the tire lightweight and reduce production cost while ensuring the overall service performance of the tire.
